Loomis expands by acquiring Prosegur Cash in France

On April 4, 2019 Loomis AB announced that Loomis French subsidiary had entered into an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares of Prosegur Cash in France. The acquisition was completed on July 22, 2019.
