Loomis appoints Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Investor Relations Officer and new CFO
In September 2017, Loomis launched a new strategy for the period 2018-2021 with the clear ambition to lead the transformation of the Cash Ecosystem. One of several initiatives for further business development was to establish an Innovation Centre.
Chief Innovation Officer appointed
Kristoffer Wadman has been appointed Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) and will enter his position by latest June 1, 2018. Kristoffer has been with ASSA ABLOY as Director Business Development, Scandinavia since 2015 and he holds a M.Sc. in Automation & Mechatronics from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden.
Kristoffer will be based in Stockholm and report to Loomis President and CEO. Kristoffer will be a member of the Group management team.
Chief Investor Relations Officer appointed
Loomis operations and businesses have expanded since the IPO in 2008. Loomis operates today through an international network of more than 400 branches in more than 20 countries and the strategy is to continue to expand. In order to further strengthen the availability for all external stakeholders a new permanent role as Chief Investor Relations Officer will be established.
Loomis current CFO, Anders Haker, will assume the position as the Chief Investor Relations Officer (CIRO). He will enter the position during the third quarter this year and be based in Houston, Texas, USA. Anders will report to the CFO of Loomis.
New Chief Financial Officer appointed
Kristian Ackeby has been appointed as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Loomis. He will enter his position during the third quarter this year. Kristian has most recently been the CFO of Lindab, since 2015, and he holds a B.Sc. in business and economics from University of Skövde, Sweden.
Kristian will be based in Stockholm and report to Loomis President and CEO. Kristian will be a member of the Group management team.
